PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY DIGITAL PRODUCT, WEBSITE, OR SERVICE OFFERED BY BRIGHTLAB B.V. ("BRIGHTLAB", "WE", "US", OR "OUR"). BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

1. Introduction

BrightLab B.V. ("BrightLab") develops and maintains various digital platforms, including mobile applications, web-based tools, and associated services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). These Terms of Use apply to all users who access or use any of our Services, including any current or future products offered under the BrightLab brand.

2. Eligibility and Use by Minors

Some of our Services may be suitable for minors. If you are under the age of 16, you may only use our Services with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for ensuring that the minor's usage is compliant with applicable laws and these Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate consent.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of our Services may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Pricing and Monetization

Unless otherwise stated, BrightLab Services are offered free of charge during their development or beta phases. We may, in the future, introduce optional monetization features, such as subscriptions, in-app purchases, or donations. Any such offerings will be clearly communicated and will comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Donations

Where applicable, we may offer users the option to make voluntary donations in support of specific projects or applications. Donations will never be a requirement to access core features and will be processed transparently.

6. Gamification and Rewards

Some BrightLab products may include motivational or gamified systems, such as point-based rewards or screen time extensions. These elements are designed for engagement and do not hold real-world monetary value. Users and guardians are responsible for configuring and overseeing use of such features.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not use the Services to engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Reproduction, redistribution, or modification is prohibited without prior written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

If you upload or submit any content (e.g., feedback, images, goals, or ideas), you grant BrightLab a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, adapt, and display that content in connection with improving or operating our Services. Personal data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
